Meditation, wasifa and breath practice, Soulwork, walking meditation, silent meditation, Dances of Universal Peace and Sufi zikr. Teachings and practice drawn from the lineage of Hazrat Inayat Khan, Murshid Samuel Lewis, Murshid Moineddin Jablonski, Murshida Vera Corda and other teachers in our family throughout time.
