This three-day workshop focuses on resources from the “99 Beautiful Names” (as contained in The Sufi Book of Life) that invite us into a deeply ecological experience of the human soul and its purpose in consonance with the whole natural world and all beings. Included is Sufi stories and teachings from Inayati and classical Sufism, from the Quran and Hadith, as well as Dances of Universal Peace, Sufi zikr (remembrance practice), walking meditations, silent meditation and guided ‘journeys’ through a selection of the “pathways of the heart.”
